Solicitud de ampliación del término concedido en la Sentencia C-030/19.
La directora ejecutiva de ASOCAPITALES le pidió a la Corporación adicionar la sentencia de la referencia, en el sentido de ampliar o diferir nuevamente sus efectos, hasta el 20 de diciembre de 2021.
Encontró la Corte que anterior petición resulta improcedente, toda vez que cumplió con los presupuestos señalados en el artículo 287 del Código General del Proceso, al no ser presentada dentro del término de ejecutoria de la providencia.
Con base en lo anterior se decidió RECHAZARLA, por haber sido presentada de manera extemporánea.
